GREENWICH, CONN. (MARCH 1, 2025) – The Piston Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the next generation of collector car technicians, is proud to announce that Steve Haas has joined the organization to assist with development.
Steve brings extensive experience in the automotive and collector car community, having previously served as Vice President of Sales and Membership for Audrain Motorsport, where he played a key role in business growth and member engagement. Prior to that, he held management roles at Hagerty, Easycause, and eBay Motors. His background combines deep industry expertise with a passion for automotive preservation and education.
We are thrilled to have Steve on board, his experience, passion, and dedication to the car community will be invaluable as we continue to grow and create more opportunities for young technicians to enter the field.
In his role with The Piston Foundation, Steve will leverage his knowledge of the collector car market and nonprofit development to help expand the Foundation’s impact, foster strategic partnerships, and support its mission of funding skilled trade education for aspiring automotive restoration professionals.
