The sale of these shirts will benefit the Piston scholarship fund which provides tech-school tuition assistance to aspiring collector car technicians. Since 2022, Piston has provided 53 scholarships to 37 individuals, enabling them to pursue their technical skill-building education at colleges and trade-schools in six states: GA, FL, KS, MA, OH and PA.

To date, ten Piston participants have graduated from their auto-tech programs and are now working at establishments across the collector car industry including Patrick Otis Co., Race Kraft & Design, Okoboji Classic Cars, Tony’s Muscle Cars, Paul Russell and Company, and private collections.

Two designs are available (while supplies last), with each retailing for $30. Both the cream and gray versions are made from 100% cotton and available in unisex sizes from S-3XL.

Keeping It Running – Aston Martin DB

The cream-colored “Keeping it Running” shirt features an Aston Martin DB Mark III Saloon graphic on the front, with its bonnet tipped forward to provide full access to its irreplaceable British componentry.

Sum of Our Parts – Ferrari Flat 12

The second design, entitled “The Sum of Our Parts,” features a small co-branded graphic on the front, while the back is adorned with an artfully disassembled Tipo 113 Ferrari flat-12—something only a skilled technician could put back together.

Through our ongoing partnership, BaT and Piston have raised over $250,000 through auctions and direct donations for the Piston scholarship program.
